That green thing across the back is the folding picnic table.
Finally, on the road! That's Tristan's truck ahead of us. We went first, to keep the road clear of oncoming traffic. Backing the uhaul with the trailer on this road to get out of someone's way, wasn't an option! We didn't meet any vehicles, though, in the whole 3 miles of narrow and sometimes steep dirt road.
At least, under the foot of snow and ice, there's a dirt road!
Ron and Burma
We met some friends there who gave us homemade cookies! That's what I'm holding.
Some were in a ziplock bag to eat right away, and they were still warm!
The rest are in the red box.
The cookies came from them (and they're delicious!)
Their encouragement and prayers keep us going.
We stayed there for a couple days while we visited our kids and grandkids around town.
They were the only ones with enough room not only to park, but to pull on through and get turned around with the trailer.
Her favorite spot is my bathrobe on this chair!
